Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, distributed machine learning infrastructure and pipelines.
- Lead the architectural strategy for large-scale model training and inference.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in MLOps, data governance, and model security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research goals into production-ready solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to keep our stack at the cutting edge.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Proven experience designing systems that handle high-scale data ingestion and processing.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
