Responsibilities
- <ul><li><strong>Architect System Design:</strong> Design and implement scalable AI architectures for large-scale multimodal models and autonomous agent workflows.</li><li><strong>Model Optimization:</strong> Oversee the fine-tuning and optimization of LLMs (Large Language Models) to ensure low latency and high accuracy in production environments.</li><li><strong>RAG Implementation:</strong> Lead the implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines to enhance model knowledge bases securely.</li><li><strong>Ethical AI Compliance:</strong> Develop and enforce guidelines to ensure AI outputs are fair, unbiased, and compliant with future 2026 regulations.</li><li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Partner with data scientists and product managers to translate complex technical requirements into practical AI solutions.</li><li><strong>Performance Tuning:</strong> Monitor system performance and implement strategies to reduce inference costs and improve throughput.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused specifically on AI/ML systems architecture.</li><li><strong>Technical Stack:</strong> Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus).</li><li><strong>AI Expertise:</strong> Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, LLM fine-tuning techniques, and RAG methodologies.</li><li><strong>Problem Solving:</strong> Proven track record of solving complex performance bottlenecks in distributed systems.</li><li><strong>Communication:</strong> Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul>
