Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML architectures for next-generation autonomous agents.
- Lead the research and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Optimize deep learning models for low-latency, high-throughput production environments.
- Establish best practices for model governance, bias mitigation, and ethical AI usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, such as neuromorphic computing and federated learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior engineers.
