Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to establish the technical vision and architecture for our AI initiatives through the year 2026.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement resilient, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling massive data throughput.
- Model Optimization: Lead the optimization of deep learning models for latency, accuracy, and cost-efficiency in real-world environments.
- Tech Stack Strategy: Evaluate and select emerging technologies (e.g., next-gen GPUs, edge computing frameworks) to stay ahead of industry standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI architectures adhere to strict security protocols and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed computing (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of translating complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
