Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for large-scale LLMs and generative models.
- Lead the migration of legacy systems to modern, 2026-compliant neural network frameworks.
- Oversee the full MLOps lifecycle, including model training, validation, and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, transparency, and bias mitigation in algorithmic design.
- Conduct research to identify emerging trends in artificial intelligence relevant to the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning libraries.
- Proven experience designing microservices and distributed systems handling high concurrency.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
