Responsibilities

- Technical Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of high-performance computing systems and ensure optimal data flow and processing speeds.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product leaders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps for the next decade.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior AI or machine learning architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Deep understanding of emerging AI trends, ethical AI, and future tech paradigms.
