Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy for the next generation of autonomous agents, defining the architecture for the 2026 product vision.
- Scalable System Design: Design and implement high-performance, distributed systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data with zero latency.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Future-Proofing: Anticipate emerging tech trends (Quantum Computing, Edge AI) and integrate them into our long-term technical roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record of designing scalable architectures on AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Ability to translate complex business goals into concrete technical architectures with a focus on the 2026 horizon.
