Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, large-scale AI systems aligned with the company's 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize machine learning models for high-performance inference and reduced latency in production environments.
- System Integration: Integrate diverse data sources and AI models into a unified, cohesive platform, ensuring seamless interoperability.
- R&D Strategy: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Agentic AI, Neuromorphic computing) to keep the architecture future-proof.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership, conduct rigorous code reviews, and mentor junior engineers and data scientists.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce guidelines for ethical AI development, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety in all automated systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in leading AI architecture and machine learning systems.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Cloud Mastery: Strong experience designing scalable cloud-native architectures on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with elegant technical solutions.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
