Responsibilities
- Define the technical vision and 2026 AI Roadmap, aligning AI capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Design and implement scalable distributed machine learning pipelines and microservices architectures.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for real-time production environments.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data science teams to drive product innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and model training/optimization.
- Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI at scale.
- Strong proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with system design, API development, and data pipeline architecture.
