Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable deep learning pipelines for training and inference.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on model efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to integrate AI models into core applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and model governance.
- Optimize model latency and reduce operational costs for cloud deployment.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in NLP and reinforcement learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building production-grade machine learning systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of fine-tuning large language models and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
