Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement the core AI infrastructure that aligns with our 2026 strategic vision, focusing on AGI readiness and quantum-integrated machine learning.
- Lead System Design: Spearhead the architectural decisions for large-scale distributed AI systems, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Optimization & Scaling: Drive the optimization of model inference speeds and reduce latency across global edge networks using advanced edge computing techniques.
- R&D Leadership: Collaborate with top-tier researchers to prototype and validate cutting-edge algorithms before scaling them to production environments.
- Code Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation within the AI engineering team.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying successful NLP or Computer Vision models at scale.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks and architectural challenges.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies such as Neuromorphic Computing or Federated Learning.
