Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for AI integration in our Year 2026 product lines.
- Model Architecture: Design and deploy complex neural networks for predictive analytics and autonomous decision-making.
- System Optimization: Ensure AI systems are scalable, efficient, and capable of processing real-time data streams at scale.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols for future generations.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements to integrate breakthrough technologies into our core infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated interest or experience in Quantum Computing or Advanced Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and navigate the unknowns of emerging technology.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
