Job Description
We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our "2026 Initiative," a groundbreaking project focused on defining the future of autonomous generative systems. As we approach the next decade of technological evolution, we need a technical leader who can bridge the gap between advanced theoretical research and scalable production engineering.
At Nexus Horizon Labs, we are building the infrastructure for tomorrow. You will be at the forefront of designing high-performance AI models, ensuring ethical deployment, and architecting systems that can handle the demands of a global scale. This is a rare opportunity to shape the industry standard for AI in 2026 and beyond.
What You'll Do:
You will own the technical vision for our core AI platforms, working closely with a world-class team of researchers and engineers. Your work will directly impact how millions of users interact with intelligent systems.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable deep learning infrastructure for large-scale generative AI models.
- Lead architectural reviews and set technical standards for model training, fine-tuning, and inference pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into robust, consumer-facing applications.
- Implement best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and data governance to ensure system reliability.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior data scientists and software engineers to foster technical growth.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to keep our stack ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, high-availability architectures, and performance optimization.
