Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel deep learning algorithms and generative models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing data pipelines and model training workflows for maximum efficiency and speed.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, specifically focusing on advancements expected by 2026.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of deploying AI solutions to production environments at scale.
