Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Design and oversee the development of next-generation AI architectures specifically tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead R&D: Spearhead research into generative models, neural networks, and quantum computing integration.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring senior engineers and guiding junior talent.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Innovation: Proven track record of innovating in complex, ambiguous environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Future-Ready Mindset: Deep understanding of emerging trends including AI ethics, blockchain integration, and edge computing.
