Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on machine learning and AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex project lifecycles from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system architectures and drive solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
