Responsibilities

- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead R&D efforts into novel neural architectures, reinforcement learning, and multimodal AI models.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously refine model inference speeds and memory efficiency to meet real-time operational requirements.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Future-Proofing: Anticipate industry trends for 2026 and beyond, integrating emerging technologies such as edge AI and quantum-inspired algorithms.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning and deep learning.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Algorithm Design: Proven track record of designing novel algorithms for natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance engineering teams and manage large-scale project lifecycles.
