Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI systems aligned with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced neural network models, including Transformers and Diffusion models.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards across all deployments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly regarding Quantum AI and Edge Computing integration.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and AI architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to anticipate technological shifts and align architectural decisions with long-term business goals.
