Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI models tailored for enterprise solutions.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and cost-efficiency in cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our core product suite.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and ethical AI usage.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and mentor junior engineers on advanced AI concepts.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems.
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
