Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end AI solutions, from model training to deployment on cloud infrastructure.
- Lead the technical strategy for our proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-impact features.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and ethical use of AI technologies.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in deep learning and implement best practices.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to production.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
