Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance 2D rendering engines using HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and WebGL.
- Develop complex interactive animations and micro-interactions that enhance user experience.
- Optimize rendering performance to ensure 60fps animations on all major devices and browsers.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate static mockups into dynamic, interactive prototypes.
- Maintain and expand a robust library of 2D components and utilities for the engineering team.
- Debug complex rendering issues and implement cross-browser compatibility solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a focus on 2D graphics.
- Deep expertise in HTML5 Canvas API, SVG manipulation, and requestAnimationFrame.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Strong understanding of mathematical concepts related to geometry, physics, and linear algebra.
- Experience with WebGL (Three.js or Pixi.js) is a significant plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to pixel-level detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related field.
