Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create high-quality 2D animations and motion graphics for various media channels.
- Design and animate character rigs and assets using industry-standard software (After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D).
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all projects.
- Refine animation sequences based on director feedback to ensure smooth timing and rhythm.
- Manage project timelines and deliver assets within strict deadlines.
- Mentor junior animators and provide technical guidance on best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in 2D animation, motion graphics, or a related visual arts field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in character animation, timing, and squash and stretch.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Cinema 4D.
- Experience with rigging and animation pipelines in Blender or Maya is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of storytelling, composition, and color theory.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate rapidly.
