Role Overview
As our Senior Architect, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution. You will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that support our growth trajectory well into the future.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and technical architecture for our upcoming product lines and infrastructure upgrades.
- System Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- Legacy Modernization: Oversee the transition of legacy systems to future-proof architectures, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, stakeholders, and designers to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze system performance and implement optimizations to ensure high availability.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to strict security standards and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and leading digital transformations.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to stay ahead of industry trends and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Blockchain) into existing ecosystems.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent is a strong plus.
