Responsibilities
- Define the technical roadmap for 2026 Readiness, ensuring systems are scalable for exponential growth and emergent technologies.
- Architect and implement proprietary AI models capable of processing multi-dimensional data streams and edge environments.
- Collaborate with quantum research teams to integrate quantum-resistant algorithms into legacy infrastructure.
- Mentor a high-performance engineering team focused on predictive analytics and autonomous navigation.
- Conduct R&D to identify emerging technologies that will define the 2026 landscape.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering goals with business vision.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related STEM field.
- 10+ years of experience designing scalable, cloud-native AI architectures.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.
- Deep understanding of machine learning pipelines, neural networks, and distributed systems.
