- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the internal team to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Process payments and handle sensitive account information securely.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Must have a stable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
