Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum UX research protocols for next-gen interfaces (neural, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Lead cross-functional teams in synthesizing quantum data streams into actionable design frameworks
- Develop predictive UX models for AI-collaborative human-computer interactions
- Establish ethical guidelines for quantum interface accessibility and cognitive load optimization
- Create real-time empathy mapping systems for biometric-responsive interfaces
- Architect research pipelines for emerging technologies in quantum and synthetic biology spaces
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and product stakeholders with quantifiable ROI projections
Qualifications
- PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, or Quantum Information Science
- 8+ years in UX research with 3+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/neuro interfaces)
- Published research in ACM CHI or IEEE VR conferences
- Expertise in quantum computing principles and quantum algorithm visualization
- Proficiency in biometric analysis tools (EEG, fNIRS) and neural interface protocols
- Experience with AR/VR development environments (Unity/Unreal)
- Portfolio demonstrating quantum interface prototypes or AI-collaborative UX systems
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for neuro-technology and AI alignment
