Responsibilities
- Design and execute neuro-UX studies using fNIRS and EEG to map cognitive pathways during digital interactions
- Develop predictive behavioral models using quantum computing algorithms to forecast user intent
- Lead neural interface prototyping for AR/VR environments using eye-tracking and biometric feedback
- Collaborate with AI teams to train neural networks on human cognition patterns
- Present findings to C-suite and translate complex neurodata into actionable UX strategies
- Mentor researchers in emerging neuro-ethical frameworks for 2026 digital experiences
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years applying neurotechnology to UX research with published studies
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms for behavioral prediction
- Proficiency with fNIRS/EEG equipment and neural data visualization tools
- Portfolio demonstrating neuro-UX innovations deployed at scale
- Certification in Neuroethics from accredited institution
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in neurotech/AI convergence
