The Opportunity: As our Quantum UX Research Lead, you'll architect experimental protocols for neural-compatibility testing, develop predictive cognitive modeling frameworks, and translate quantum-level data into actionable design principles for our next-gen product suite.
Responsibilities
- Design and conduct quantum-entangled user experiments measuring neural-compatibility thresholds
- Develop predictive cognitive models using quantum-encrypted behavioral datasets
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of neuroscientists, quantum engineers, and UX designers
- Create adaptive testing protocols for neural interface safety and efficacy
- Translate quantum-level neural data into intuitive design frameworks
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external research partners
- Architect ethical guidelines for neural interaction protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience, Human-Computer Interaction, or Quantum Psychology
- 8+ years in UX research with quantum computing or neurotech experience
- Expertise in fNIRS/EEG data analysis and quantum statistical modeling
- Published research in neural interfaces or quantum cognition
- Proficiency in Python/R with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience leading cross-continental neurotech research teams
- Certification in Quantum Human Factors Engineering
