Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural network architectures
- Optimize quantum circuits for computational efficiency and error mitigation
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying quantum AI solutions to enterprise clients
- Conduct research on quantum advantage in deep learning and natural language processing
- Develop proprietary quantum computing frameworks for scalable ML deployment
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors optimized for ML workloads
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development and quantum software engineering
- Expertise in Python, Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum machine learning or quantum computing
- Strong understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing principles
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into practical business applications
