Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-classical hybrid architectures for enterprise clients
- Lead development of quantum-safe encryption systems for 2026 cybersecurity standards
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Create implementation roadmaps for quantum adoption in financial services and healthcare
- Establish performance benchmarks for quantum advantage in real-world applications
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming and systems integration
- Present quantum infrastructure strategies to C-suite executives and government agencies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and error correction methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum hardware (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum, GCP Quantum AI)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum communication
- Experience with hybrid classical-quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., NIST Post-Quantum Cryptography)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders
