Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum network architectures with sub-10ms latency
- Implement quantum key distribution (QKD) protocols across 50+ node infrastructure
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical API frameworks for enterprise integration
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and cloud engineers
- Establish quantum security protocols compliant with NIST 2.0 standards
- Optimize quantum annealing solutions for logistics and financial modeling
- Document architectural blueprints using quantum circuit notation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in high-performance computing infrastructure design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic computing systems and superconducting qubits
- Certification in quantum security (QCI or equivalent)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological computing
- Expertise in distributed systems with consensus mechanisms
- Strong background in AI/ML for quantum state optimization
