Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error correction protocols to enhance quantum circuit stability
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical computing systems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning applications
- Create technical documentation and patents for novel quantum methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers and conduct quantum computing workshops

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)

- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
