Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for 2026-era applications in machine learning and molecular modeling
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum circuit architectures for fault tolerance
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives with AI and cybersecurity divisions
- Publish findings in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, Quantum) and present at global conferences
- Develop IP strategies to secure InnovateLabs' position in post-quantum cryptography markets
- Mentor junior researchers through our Quantum Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and error correction techniques
- Published work in quantum machine learning or quantum simulation algorithms
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant computing roadmaps
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters and quantum simulators
- Proven ability to secure research grants (NSF, DoE, or equivalent)
