Responsibilities

- Mentor junior researchers and establish new industry standards

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (required)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Demonstrated success in securing government or corporate research grants
- Experience with superconducting and photonic quantum systems
- Strong track record of translating theory to practical applications
