Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, or similar)
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent-tier journals
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
