Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead experiments on 100+ qubit systems
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
- Secure $2M+ in NSF/DoD research grants
- Develop error-correction frameworks for practical quantum computing
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science
- 3+ years of quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Qiskit/Cirq frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Security clearance preferred
