Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

- Collaborate with hardware engineers to co-design quantum control systems
- Publish 3+ high-impact research papers annually in Nature/Science journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing or condensed matter physics
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance architectures
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
