Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization and machine learning acceleration
- Lead prototype development of superconducting qubit systems at cryogenic temperatures
- Collaborate with hardware teams to mitigate quantum decoherence in 3D-integrated circuits
- Author peer-reviewed publications and present findings at premier quantum conferences
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Advise government and enterprise clients on quantum adoption roadmaps
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms (QNNs, QAOA)
- Experience with dilution refrigerators and quantum control systems
- Strong background in topological quantum computing models
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ in research funding
