Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant encryption protocols

- Secure $5M+ in government and private R&D grants
- Mentor PhD candidates and junior researchers
- Collaborate with Intel and NASA on quantum-hybrid computing projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (2020-2026)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum annealing or superconducting qubits
- Published work in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in Python, Qiskit, and Cirq frameworks
- Security clearance or ability to obtain DOE clearance
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants
