Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to bridge quantum software-hardware integration
- Publish research in top-tier quantum computing journals and conferences
- Lead cross-functional projects to commercialize quantum solutions by 2026
- Mentor junior researchers and drive lab's technical roadmap
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum programming languages
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Proficiency with quantum simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex systems theory
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical applications
