Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop novel quantum error correction protocols for scalable quantum processors

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Strong publication record in quantum computing research
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics and information theory
- Proven ability to lead complex research projects to completion
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting, ion trap, or photonic)
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
