Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of quantum research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#) and circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction, fault tolerance, and decoherence mitigation
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed quantum computing research
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
