Responsibilities

- Author peer-reviewed publications and present findings at premier conferences like QIP and APS March Meeting
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional teams in quantum principles
- Secure $5M+ in research grants from NSF, DARPA, and industry consortiums
- Partner with hardware teams to co-design next-generation quantum processors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years postdoctoral experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, quantum error correction, and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum journals
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming toolkits
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mechanisms and fault-tolerant architectures
