Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing error-corrected quantum processors with >1000 qubit stability
- Publish groundbreaking research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international quantum conferences
- Partner with government agencies and Fortune 500 companies on quantum-resistant cybersecurity solutions
- Drive quantum cloud platform development for enterprise adoption by 2027
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to quantum education initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of quantum research experience
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, error correction, and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation tools
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and quantum information theory
