Our 2026 Roadmap includes building fault-tolerant quantum processors and creating commercial quantum applications. This role offers equity in our pre-IPO quantum startup, flexible hybrid work, and access to exclusive quantum computing infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for real-world optimization problems
- Develop error-correction protocols for scalable quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams on quantum machine learning projects
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top quantum computing journals
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into practical implementations
- Identify commercial applications for quantum solutions in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum methodologies and systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Quipper)
- Published research in quantum computing or theoretical computer science
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and complex analysis
- Demonstrated ability to work with quantum hardware simulators and real quantum processors
- Experience with high-performance computing environments and parallel programming
