Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design using Qiskit or Cirq
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed quantum computing publications
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems (IBM Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and quantum hardware integration
- Published work on quantum algorithms for optimization problems
