- Secure $5M+ in research grants from NSF, DARPA, and private investors
- Publish findings in top-tier journals (Nature, Science) and present at global conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and establish university partnerships for talent pipeline
- Translate theoretical quantum models into practical industry solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of quantum algorithm development with demonstrated publications
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant system design
- Experience managing research teams and securing government/private funding
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
