Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm research for cryptography and optimization applications
- Design scalable quantum circuits with 1000+ qubit architectures
- Collaborate with hardware teams to bridge theory and practical implementation
- Publish high-impact research in Nature/Science journals
- Secure $5M+ in government and private research grants
- Mentor PhD researchers and quantum engineering fellows
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of quantum algorithm development experience
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction protocols
- Track record of securing research funding
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM, Azure Quantum)
