Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years in quantum research with 5+ years leadership experience
- Published work in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum computing breakthroughs
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, error correction, and hardware-software co-design
- Proven track record of translating research into commercial applications
- Experience managing multi-million dollar research budgets
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing hardware (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
