Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of quantum computing research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in quantum annealing or gate-model systems
- Strong background in quantum cryptography and security
- Proven track record of leading research teams
- Experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Clearance for government-sponsored research projects
